About Us

Context Planning Ltd is an independent practice providing informed advice and expertise on all areas of planning.

Delivering Planning
Solutions Effectively

Having worked in both the public and private sectors we have a detailed understanding and experience of how the planning system works. Furthermore we know when and how to engage with relevant decision makers to secure planning consent for development.

As the consultancy is small this allows us to be very competitive on pricing because we don’t have the overheads which larger companies have.

We pride ourselves on offering a very personalised service tailored to your needs as a client. At Context Planning you will have direct point of contact with one of the senior experts assisting you with your project rather than a junior consultant so you can be confident that the full breadth of our experience is being brought to bear on a case.

The team is equipped to deal with a range of applications from the smallest household projects up to large scale strategic development.
